Accepted Payment Methods
All card payments are processed securely via Stripe. Corporate clients may request invoicing for EFT payment.
Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice required 48-hour notice required for all cancellations and rescheduling.
Late cancellations Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
No-shows No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend — we will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies with compassion.
