4. Confidentiality of Clinical Information

All clinical session notes and psychological assessment data are treated with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) ethical code. Clinical notes are accessible only to your assigned consultant and authorised administrators.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: payment processors (Stripe) for secure payment handling; email service providers for communications; and regulatory bodies where legally required.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Clinical records are retained in accordance with HPCSA guidelines (minimum 6 years for adults).

Under POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), you have the right to: access your personal information; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of data (subject to legal requirements); object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
