Management Team
Anchora Alliance was founded to address a critical and growing need for accessible, high-quality mental health and psychosocial support and workforce resilience and well-being services for organizations operating in high-stress and high-risk environments.
While Anchora Alliance is a newly established organization, its leadership team brings more than four decades of combined global experience across clinical psychology, humanitarian aid, employee assistance programs (EAP), organizational well-being, and trauma-informed leadership.
Collectively, the leadership team has supported humanitarian organizations, international NGOs, healthcare institutions, government systems, and corporate partners across multiple regions of the world, helping teams navigate trauma exposure, crisis response, burnout risk, and the complex psychological demands of high-pressure work environments.
Through Anchora Alliance, this experience is brought together to design practical, evidence-informed solutions that strengthen individual well-being, team resilience, and organizational capacity.

At SENTINEL, operational readiness goes beyond equipment and field capability — it includes the psychological resilience required to perform under pressure, uncertainty, and prolonged exposure to high-risk environments.
Drawing from years of operational experience supporting professionals working in remote, isolated, and complex environments, SENTINEL identified a critical reality: mental resilience and psychosocial support are fundamental to human performance, decision-making, safety, and long-term operational sustainability.
To address this challenge, SENTINEL partnered with internationally recognized experts — including Dr. Grover, Mrs. Muriel Tyan, and Dr. Stephen Thompson — to establish Anchora Alliance, an MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) organization based in Paris, France.
Anchora Alliance was created to bridge the gap between operational realities and professional psychological support. Combining frontline operational insight with advanced clinical expertise, the organization delivers structured MHPSS solutions designed to help individuals and organizations manage trauma, strengthen resilience, sustain performance under pressure, and protect long-term psychological well-being.
Together, SENTINEL and Anchora Alliance represent a holistic approach to operational readiness — recognizing that true preparedness requires both physical capability and mental resilience.
